Herberg de Aanleg is a pleasant, small-scale family business. We offer various stylish apartments and country houses, which are located in our green garden and near our cozy restaurant.
You’ll find Herberg de Aanleg in a unique location in the most northerly spot of Texel in the quiet village of De Cocksdorp. Our accommodations are surrounded by beautiful nature (bird) areas and are near the Wadden Sea and the lighthouse. In addition, you have the convenience of the village nearby – everything is within walking distance.
We offer seven stylish apartments with or without breakfast, suitable for 2 to 4 people. The apartments are all different in terms of layout and design. In addition, we rent three family houses (8 people, 8 people and 5 people) in a newly built authentic Texel country house. This country house can also be rented in its entirety for a maximum of 25 people.

Restaurant 'de Aanleg' is located in one of the oldest buildings in de Cocksdorp, and for many years and for many guests has been a favorite and familiar place. As of January 2020, Rosalie Schouten and Maarten van der Woude have taken over the business and run the restaurant with great enthusiasm.
They have developed a delicious menu with exquisite new dishes, including an extensive wine list.
